Why this mattered
PRIMA OSEO Vaud works with job-seekers who already have potential—and a CV that somehow doesn’t open doors. They arrive with good experience and frayed nerves. First screenings feel like a black box: a quick human glance here, an ATS filter there, and silence. Our job at InnoLoom is to turn static advice into motion: a route learners can follow at human pace, on the phones they actually use, without the noise that makes them give up.
The idea: a train journey you can finish
A CV is a sequence; recruitment is a route. So we built a small, beautifully paced journey—embarquement to arrivée—where every stop turns understanding into action. The voice speaks like a coach beside you. The motion is quiet. The palette is clean with a single warm accent to guide attention. Nothing rushes; nothing lingers.
How the experience unfolds
You begin with context that finally makes sense: what a human scan sees first, what an ATS actually reads, and why order matters more than ornament. The next stop asks you to lay a spine—contact, title, profile, sections—so the page has a backbone before it has decoration. From there, duties become outcome bullets. Short examples model the rewrite, then your own lines tighten: verbs sharpen, impact appears, clutter fades. At the tailoring stop you bring in a live posting. Keywords aren’t gamed; they’re aligned with intent. The screen never crowds. The tap targets are generous. The flow carries you forward: one idea, one change, one moment of relief.
Vibe-coded practice (our favorite part)
Authoring tools don’t always do practice well, so we bring our own light engineering. “Vibe-coding” is our way of weaving custom HTML/JS micro-interactions into familiar tools like Rise 360. The widgets don’t steal attention; they choreograph it. A sentence reshapes itself as you choose a stronger verb. A hint pulses once and then rests. A checklist appears only when the brain is ready for it. The tech disappears; the learner’s words remain.
Craft you can feel but don’t see
Every image was recolored to PRIMA’s tones; every scene was retimed to a human breath. Vyond micro-stories stay under 45 seconds and loop as feather-light GIFs when bandwidth dips. Audio leads the explainer moments so the eye can relax. Screen density stays low. We use motion as a guide rail, not a fireworks show.
What ships
A single French-language micro-course, designed for phones and laptops and finished in under twenty minutes, packaged for SCORM with a clean QA trail. The content feels small enough to start and solid enough to trust. Learners leave with a tighter draft and a clear next action—send it, share it, or book a coach.
What’s Next
Keep trimming noise based on cohort feedback—less friction, more progress, more CVs sent.
