Why this mattered

Candidates know the theory yet freeze when asked for an example. They ramble, get too technical, or stay vague. Coaches needed something warm, concrete, and repeatable that produces ready-to-speak CARs/STARs without stress. We chose a joyful kitchen metaphor to make structure feel simple.

The idea: a chef at your side

Meet the CARs/STAR Chef. He welcomes learners into a bright kitchen, demonstrates the recipe—Context, Action, Result—and invites them to prepare their own dishes. The workflow mirrors the metaphor: prep your ideas, choose ingredients (examples), cook sentences to reveal impact, and plate them for interviews.

How the experience flows

Short whiteboard animations introduce each idea with clarity. Then learners go hands-on in vibe-coded practice: selecting the right example, trimming noise, structuring in CAR, and rewriting into outcome-driven sentences. Branching scenarios place the skill in real contexts—interview, networking, follow-up—so responses adapt to the person and moment. A concise quiz confirms the moves. By the end, learners leave with practical prompts, chef tips, and a step-by-step plan to build their own CAR bank.

The craft you feel

We built a fresh, luminous visual world in Illustrator and kept your site’s calm palette. Custom HTML/CSS/JS interactions stay purposeful and light: subtle button ticks, tasteful hover reveals for chef tips, and roomy rewrite fields with large targets. It’s desktop-first, comfortable on phones, and served in small portions so progress feels easy.

What ships

A 15–20 minute, French-language module with whiteboard explainers, vibe-coded exercises, branching scenarios, a final quiz, and a personalized certificate. Delivered as a SCORM / HTML package with QA and clean LMS hand-off.

After the service

Learners leave with three to five solid CARs, a structure they can adapt, and sentences that hold up under interview pressure. Coaches gain a reusable workshop companion with reliable outcomes across cohorts.
